Varsity U14
Varsity team are players U14 years old attending Middle School. Full contact drills and skills in line with game progression and basics fundamentals are a huge component in their training. Learning the importance of teamwork and supporting fellow teammates are essentials with emphasis in players safety. Players are further introduced to playing positions to prepare them for High School .
JV U12
Middle school players are introduced to playing contact. Players are taught technicalities on tackling and play position. All skill levels welcome and no experience necessary . We hope to provide a platform to grow and develop girls rugby at grassroot level.
U7
The Minis section covers U7 coached by parent coaches, senior players and professional coaches. The game is non-contact and light-hearted ,boys and girls of these ages play in mixed teams. Contact is introduced to the U8 and above. We introduce children to rugby through drills and games, with an emphasis on fun, safety and inclusivity.
